No Internet Access For Devices Connected With WIFI

It could be due to the incompatible connection settings of the WIFI in router, which blocks the devices from connecting to the internet, but allows the devices to be connected with router.

Addition troubleshooting problem that exist in the devices that were connected with the Wifi.
  • In some cases you will find that both WIFI and Internet connected, and works fine, but later you will realize that some of the sites were not loading or loads in an abnormal way.
  • If your Wifi router is new and the device for eg laptop that you connect with wifi is old, there will be variant settings and compatibility.      
Note:Understand that the setting isn't to improve the performance of your computer. It's to match with the type of connection you are connecting to. Usually you have G-Mode B-Mode and Mixed-Mode.

  • Go to your WIFI router settings Setup->Wireless Settings->Security Option.
  • Set Mixed WPA-PSK+WPA2-PSK as Security option.
  • And set your MODE as g & b,  because the g & b modes uses the normal frequency range 2.4GHz.
  • And click Apply settings.
  • Wait for 5 sec for changes.
  • And turn off your WIFI router modem and remove it from the power outlet.
  • Wait for at least 10 sec and then connect it back.
  • Now your'e done.
